Malte Fynn Pulmer

Malte Pulmer has experience in the areas of private equity, venture capital and strategic M&A. He advises financial investors as well as domestic and foreign companies comprehensively on transactions and all questions of corporate law. Malte Pulmer also advises start-ups on articles of association, shareholder agreements and financing rounds.

 

Prior to his legal practice, he advised corporate groups and medium-sized companies as a corporate consultant, primarily on issues of process optimization and strategic positioning.
