GREENFLAG advises ECONA on the acquisitionof a majority stake in Action Pin

GREENFLAG advised ECONA GmbH on its indirect investment in Action Pin SAS as part of a management buy-in. This advice included, in particular, the shareholders’ agreement between the shareholders of the French special purpose vehicles, the agreements with the German management team, and the aspects of the investment governed by German law.


The parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.
