GREENFLAG has advised KLEBL GmbH on the acquisition of all assets of W & G Dach- und Wandsysteme GmbH by way of a restructuring transfer by the insolvency administrator Alexander Hartig (law firm Flatter & Wissing).


ABOUT KLEBL


KLEBL is a family-run company headquartered in the Oberpfalz region, operating in the fields of construction, precast concrete and the trade with building materials. It has been run as a family business for several generations and employs over 1,500 staff across several locations in Germany.


With the transaction KLEBL is expanding its portfolio to include energy-efficient facade and roof structural systems.
