GREENFLAG has advised the shareholder on the sale of Alarm- und Sicherheitstechnik B.W. GmbH to Scutum Group.
The parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.
ABOUT ALARM- UND SICHERHEITSTECHNIK B.W. GMBH
Alarm- und Sicherheitstechnik B.W. GmbH is an installer of complete solutions in the field of alarm and security technology. Founded in 1985 and based in Oststeinbek, the company now has 70 employees.
