GREENFLAG, together with Heublein Grau, advised FIPE 09 GmbH on the acquisition of assets of NP Systeme GmbH by way of a transfer restructuring from the insolvency administrator Dr Sven-Holger Undritz (White & Case).

FIPE 09 GmbH, a subsidiary of BeA Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, offers various technical services in addition to trading and manufacturing technical products. By acquiring the assets of NP Systeme GmbH, the company is expanding its portfolio in the field of nail plates for complex roof structures.
