GREENFLAG has advised the founders of MyVers24 Versicherungsmakler GmbH on the sale to Ascendia Group.

The parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.

Founded in 2019 MyVers24 provides tailored succession solutions for insurance brokers, ensuring a seamless transfer of client portfolios, also in the interests of the clients.

Ascendia Group, established in 2024, is an association of leading private line insurance brokers and financial advisors focusing on private customers and small businesses. Supported by private equity firm HgCapital, Ascendia is continuing its growth trajectory with the acquisition of MyVers24.
