GREENFLAG advised WATEX Schutz-Bekleidungs-GmbH on the acquisition of DiNOVO Bekleidungskonzepte GmbH + Co. KG.


The parties have agreed not to disclose the details of the transaction.

Founded in 1990 by Hans-Joachim Watzke in Marsberg, WATEX Schutz-Bekleidungs-GmbH has firmly established itself as one of the leading manufacturers of protective clothing on the German market. The family-run company relies on four production sites and specializes in high-visibility and cut-resistant clothing in addition to firefighter

protective clothing and uniforms.


With the acquisition of DiNOVO, which focuses on workwear and corporate fashion, WATEX is further expanding its market position in this segment.
